SUPERVISI EDUKATIF KOLABORATIF SECARA PERIODIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI KELAS
Abstract
Low teacher performance and perception are caused by (1) Lack of teacher awareness to improve their competence, (2) limited opportunities for teachers to participate in the trainings; regionally and nationally, (3) KKG is ineffective, (4) an education supervision tends to focus on administrative aspects. The purpose of class action research is to find out the extent to which (1) periodic collaborative of educational supervision can improve teacher performance in preparing learning plans. (2) Collaborative educative supervision periodically can improve teacher performance in implementing the instruction. (3) Collaborative educational supervision can periodically improve teachers in assessing student learning achievement. The subject of this study was the teacher of SD Negeri No. 45/1 Sridadi, they are 11 students. The results of the monitoring shown that almost all of the teachers can make the plan, but the results still lacking if the measurement done by the indicators, so that it is continued in cycle II. The results of the first cycle showed that the average of teaching and learning process was good at 72.44% but it is still need improvement. So that it continues to cycle II by improving and refining the learning process, then the follow-up assessment of the results of the second cycle has increased by an average of 91%. In concusion collaborative educative supervision can improve teacher performance in teaching learning process in the classroom.
